The pact between
stage and backstage.

Mr. & Mrs Message gives you shelter. Shelter from unwanted attention, from professional consequences, from the digital pillory. We take that shelter litigation-grade seriously — against platforms, against advertisers, against most state requests.

On one explicit condition: you do not use the stage to harm others.

Part I

What we owe you.

These obligations apply from day one — without reservation, without fine print:

    Trustee protection of your identity under § 666 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Your real-name data leaves the custodial vault of DIE BERATER AG only on your written instruction — or under a legally binding German order we cannot lawfully refuse.
  • §
    GDPR-compliant processing. EU data residency (Frankfurt + Munich), no third-party trackers, no transfers to insecure jurisdictions.
  • §
    Subpoena refusal under German law. Requests from third countries (CLOUD Act, FISA 702, Patriot Act) we refuse by default. We engage individually only where German law compels us to.
  • §
    One-click full deletion. You end the relationship whenever you wish. Avatar, voice model, generated content, metadata — all genuinely erased. Only the trustee record remains (10 years, no content reference) under German commercial law.
  • §
    No share of your earnings. We charge the subscription. Period. We never take commission on brand deals, advertising, sponsorships — not even if the avatar becomes very big.
  • §
    Professional secrecy within the framework of the trustee construction (§ 203 of the German Criminal Code, where applicable). This protection has no time limit — it survives the relationship.

Part II

What we expect from you.

The trustee shelter is not for everyone — it's for people who want to spread ideas, not inflict harm. The following is explicitly outside our pact:

    Identity impersonation. An avatar must not be shaped to deliberately impersonate a real, living person — not in appearance, voice, name, or office. The avatar is a persona of its own, not a doppelgänger.
  • ×
    Financial & investment fraud. Pump-and-dump shilling, pyramid schemes, false yield claims, unauthorised financial advice — under any disguise. Anonymity does not exempt from criminal law.
  • ×
    Election & democracy manipulation. Avatars must not run covert political endorsements, impersonate political opponents, or spread disinformation on election dates, processes, or candidates.
  • ×
    Fake regulated professions. Avatars must not present themselves as doctors, lawyers, certified accountants, tax advisors, psychotherapists or other regulated professionals unless the person behind the avatar is actually licensed and takes responsibility.
  • ×
    Exploitation of the vulnerable. Content systematically targeting minors, the cognitively impaired, people in acute crisis, or other particularly protected groups in order to take advantage of their state.
  • ×
    Hate, incitement, threat. Incitement to violence, targeted harassment, doxxing of identifiable people, stalking. Not even when framed as „satire".
  • ×
    Phishing, malware, technical fraud. Avatars used as vehicles for CEO fraud, spoofed support calls, malicious links, malware distribution.
  • ×
    Plagiarism & intellectual theft. Passing off other creators' work as your own, unauthorised voice clones of third parties, infringement of trademarks or copyrights.

On violation

The curtain falls.

Where there is reasonable suspicion of a Part II violation, we review promptly. If confirmed, the following applies:

  1. Immediate termination for cause. Avatar, voice model and profiles are shut down — not after a hearing, but at once.
  2. No refund of subscription fees already paid.
  3. Lifting of trustee protection in the specific case, where German law enforcement is lawfully investigating you. The protection exists for legitimate privacy — not to obstruct legitimate criminal prosecution. This caveat is also legally load-bearing: under German law, a trustee construction cannot serve as shelter for crimes against third parties.

These three consequences are not threats — they are the precondition for the platform to keep working for everyone else.

This Stage Code is not the fine print.
It is the main thing.
Those who cannot make peace with it
do not belong on this stage.
